Returns & Refunds Policy

1. SaaS Subscription Refunds

ThaliPay offers software subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis. Due to the digital nature of the service, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable once paid, unless specified below:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
  • Errors: If you believe there was a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge for a prompt review and adjustment if necessary.

2. Hardware Returns

If you purchased physical POS hardware from ThaliPay, you may be eligible for a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The hardware must be reported as defective within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns for non-defective hardware are not accepted unless previously agreed upon in writing.
  • Approved returns must include all original packaging, cables, and accessories.

3. End-Consumer Food Orders

For customers ordering food from a restaurant using ThaliPay technology:

  • All food sales are final.
  • Refunds, replacements, or cancellations for food orders are at the sole discretion of the restaurant where the order was placed.
  • If a restaurant approves a refund for an online payment, ThaliPay will process the refund back to the original payment method. The refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in the customer's account depending on the bank.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for a software subscription or hardware purchase, please email us at info.thalipay@gmail.com with your account details and the reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.
